Telfar spring/summer 2027: leopard tights with suiting and fur boots, look by look
Telfar invited Paris to a show and staged it in Brooklyn, live. On the legs, grey, camel and burgundy leopard tights under suit skirts: 8 of 51 looks.
Telfar Clemens had invited the industry to an off-calendar show in Paris during Paris Fashion Week, on 6 October 2026. Roughly 300 guests filed into the Théâtre Daunou in the 2nd arrondissement, The Fader writes; when the lights went down, WWD reports, it became clear the spring/summer 2027 collection was actually bowing in New York, at One Hanson Place in Brooklyn, with Paris watching a livestream. In the gallery WWD published with images courtesy of the brand, we count 51 looks, and in 8 of them the legs are in printed tights, almost all leopard. We went through the looks one by one, in gallery order.
The collection: well-suited day traders, out all night
In Brooklyn the show was also the brand's largest sample sale, with more than 30,000 garments and bags, open to the public right after. "Paris is where the home of fashion is," Clemens told WWD, "it was fun to play with that", and the show was "really for Brooklyn; it's great that Paris got to see it too". The show notes, quoted by The Fader, described the mood as "the well-suited day traders drag into the night".
WWD describes the new tailoring, with reversible suits lined in the same silks as the shirts, and cotton and rib basics in new snake and leopard prints "made from dragging wild skins across office scanners", with a camouflage effect and hidden Telfar logos; and draped skirts "with matching leggings and boots". That is where the legs are.
Grey leopard with pumps: looks 11 and 12
The lightest pair is grey and sheer, with dark leopard spots, and goes with pointed black pumps. In look 11 it sits under a black mini skirt and an oversized white shirt; in look 12, the photo at the top, under a grey suit mini skirt, with a white shirt and braces.

Camel leopard with boots: looks 20 and 22
The camel version goes with boots. In look 20 the camel leopard tights run into ankle boots in the same print, under a hooded red leopard mini dress; in look 22 they are sheer, under a grey spotted mini dress, with white fur boots.

In look 19 the same pairing comes in grey, opaque leopard tights with black fur boots; in look 18 the tights have brown tiger-like stripes, above tall python boots.
Leopard with loafers, and in burgundy: looks 7 and 33
Look 7 wears the camel leopard tights with black loafers, under a grey suit with Bermuda shorts and an oversized jacket. In look 33 the leopard is burgundy and sheer, under a cardigan and hood in the same colour, with red patent pumps.

We did not count looks 26, 34, 36 and 42: they are opaque printed leggings or jumpsuits that end in the shoe or boot, not tights.
How to read these legs now
No source gives the yarn or the denier. Three practical points:
- Sheer leopard with office grey. Telfar puts leopard tights under grey suit skirts and white shirts: keeping the rest plain makes the print look like a choice, not a costume.
- Tights and boots in the same print. In look 20 the leopard runs from leg to ankle boot: the simplest way to lengthen the leg with a print this strong.
- Leopard in another colour. Grey, camel, burgundy: the same pattern changes completely with the ground colour. If you are starting out, grey with dark spots is the easiest to wear.

The photos
The numbering follows the WWD gallery of Telfar spring/summer 2027, 51 images credited as courtesy of the brand; look 1 is the grey suit with wide trousers and look 51 the black outfit with trousers gathered at the ankle. The photos in this article are from that gallery, with credit, and the look numbers are the gallery's. The count of 8 (7 leopard, 1 striped) is ours, from the photos; printed leggings and jumpsuits are not included.
